Deleting a staff subject area

If you delete a staff subject area, this also deletes all folders and files that have been created within it.

To delete a staff subject area

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Shared Files icon Shared Files and choose Picture of the Staff Subject Areas icon Staff Subject Areas.

  2. From the right-hand pane, right-click the staff subject area and from the menu, choose Delete.

  3. Click the Yes button to confirm. The staff subject area is removed from the right-hand pane.

Notes

  • To delete a selected staff subject area, you can also choose Picture of the Delete button in the toolbar, or from the File menu choose Delete.

  • You can use the same process to delete multiple staff subject areas. First select all of the staff subject areas that you want to delete.
